Registration Fee: 200 Euro per child, non-refundable Re-enrolment Fee: 150 Euro per child, non-refundable Entrance Fee 2007/08 School Year: a) Annual Capital Contribution i) Early Years / Kindergarten: 2000 Euro per child. This fee is paid once at the beginnning of the year and it is non-refundable. It is used for capital investments of the school. ii) Primary School / Years 1-6: 2000 Euro per child. Likewise, this fee is paid once at the beginnning of the year and it is non-refundable. It is used for capital investments of the school. b) No-Interest Capital Contribution: 2000 Euro per family. This fee is refundable after 5 years or on leaving the school. Similar to the Annual Capital Contribution, this money is used for capital investments of the school. Lunch: 630 Euro per year for meals. This is equivalent to 3,50 Euro per day. ESL (English as a second language) 1000 Euro per year for ESL (English as a second language) – Children in the Foundation Stage (Pre-School) do not have to pay for ESL. After School Childcare (optional) Euro 165/month from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Dicounts: Siblings discount on Tuition fees 10% discount for the younger child in a family with 2 children enroled at our school; 15% discount for the third youngest child in a family with 3 children enroled at our school; 20% discount foe the fourth youngest child in a family with 4 children enroled at our school. Single Parent's Discount Single parents receive a discount of €1.000 per academic year for each child enrolled in the full-day session at our school. A parent with a child enroled for Half-Day Session receives 50% of the discount. Likewise those who enrol after 31st December receive 50% of the discount. Application ProcedureIf you wish to apply for admission, download the PDF application forms here, fill them in and fax/send them to us or bring them when you come to our school. An appointment is necessary. After receiving your application, an invoice of 200 Euro registration fee will be sent to you. This is used to process the application and it is non-refundable.After the school receives the application forms and the registration fee, the child will be invited for a personal evaluation day. Acceptance is based on the evaluation made during the personal interview, the pupil's records and the availability of school places. There are three things that may result: 1. Acceptance - The school accepts the application and a letter of acceptance is sent to you. An invoice for an upfront payment of an Acceptance Deposit of 1000 Euro will be sent to the parent(s)/guardian(s). The acceptance letter may be signed and returned to us, together with the Acceptance Deposit payment. The Acceptance Deposit will be credited against the annual school fees. Admission is only assured upon payment of the Acceptance Deposit. However if you withdraw your application, for any reason whatsoever, the Acceptance Deposit is not refundable; 2. Waiting List - The school accepts the application, but the student is put on a waiting list. A letter of acceptance is sent to the parent(s)/guardian(s) as soon as an opening is available; 3. Refusal – If we see that your child will not benefit from the education that we offer, we will notify you as parent(s)/guardian(s), and send back the application.
